I posted a mail with my set of shapes and sheet. You might want to look at

Now, I have 2 shapes voor each shape to make it backward compatible (for
the 0.86 and the cvs version). Only the svg-namespace is different. Try to
unzip it in your home-directory and see if it loads my Shape-set.
