Dear Phil,
It is weird and disappointing that you would use DDN space to provide
advertisement time to Amazon.com - especially in support of their
intrusive and extensive information collecting systems.

According to the Contest Rules only people living in the US are eligible
to win. Thus, the windfall is unlikely to contribute to the reduction of
any digital or access to resources divides.

best - Amy.
