Dear all, We are from the National Productivity and Competitiveness Council (www.npccmauritius.com) and we have a project on Functional Literacy for Women in Mauritius. We are in the phase of developing content for this project and we are looking for scenarios or case studies where illiterate women are being able to learn how to manage their families, use ICT to search the Internet for information, learn how to use basic IT related facilities like th ATM (Banking), how to manage the budget, loans and other financial dealings, how to start up a small enterprise at home (micro-enterprises). Any help, consultancy service, resource will be most welcome.
