I am in the process of developing an educational blog on the digital divide
which will be used by Cooperative Extension educators. In the course of
looking for materials for inclusion I attempted to find some reasonable
categorization scheme, or ontology, to use in organizing the information. I
haven't found one yet and was wondering if anyone was aware of some
formalized scheme?
