We will share strategies for meaningful cross-group connecting. And we will focus on ways to leverage what we learn at the conference in our own workplaces-and in the larger community-so participants can continue to work together to build cross-race and cross-culture consensus. Day One will focus on Learning to Work Together: Concepts and Skill Building, and Day Two will focus on Building Alliances and Taking Action. Keynote Speakers include Cari M.
