Memory corruption in 2.042 -- patch

Several people have been having issues with memory corruption with version  
2.042, and with a repeatable test case, I was able to find a bug that was  
in 2.042.

A patch to fix this problem is here:

Please apply this patch if you need this fix right away, it will be in the  
next version of dmd.  I expect this will happen soon.
