In the last a few years, I keep updating the Chinese translation for the documents which are porting with DMD. I have offered some versions by PDF, and I call them D programming language manuals. Some days ago, I got a free private website room. I now can share my works via it. This time I want to offer them by HTML directly. Before doing this, I want to get a permission from the D community, should I?
