Note that Juno and Kepler versions of Eclipse are not supported if they
contain DLTK. If you wanna use Juno/Kepler, download a package without
DLTK. Supported for the latest versions of DLTK will be added in the

Hum, they should load as the links are valid, and working from my end.
In any case, they should be updated though, as they are quite ancient
and outdated - back from when DDT was called Mmrnmhrm. I'll see if I can
do it tomorrow.
