backtrace-d

Hello all,

I've been working on getting some better backtrace support for D 
on Linux. And I've got something to show:

It is currently working, but there is still some bugs that might 
be due to inaccurate debug symbols emitted by the compiler or 
inaccurate backtrace addresses found.

Either way, destroy.
