d-apt <http://d-apt.sourceforge.net/> release dmd v2.077.1

In this release, d-apt splits "dmd-bin" deb package into "dmd-compiler" (the 
command line compiler) and "dmd-tools" (includes: dumpobj, obj2asm, rdmd, 
ddemangle and dustmite).
