They're calling it "dconf" as short for the "Digital Health and Well-being Conference". Really?! Why wouldn't you use something less generic like "dhealth2018"?
They're tweeting from the handle @dconf2018. I guess you should go ahead and sign up for the @dconf2019 and on accounts now.
