D IDE Coedit, version 3.6.15 available

Yet another update in this crazy 3.6.x burst.

See [1] for changelog and downloads. zip files and setup program 
include D-Scanner 0.5.6 and DCD ~master which both include fixes 
for a crash that could happen since a small month.
