One Month Remaining for Pull Request Manager Campaign

A friendly reminder: the PR Manager campaign is 2/3 complete, but 
we're only 1/3 of the way to our goal. Please help us get to the 
finish line in the next month! Nicholas has been doing an 
excellent job and we want to compensate him for the time he's put
