I once bought a hoodie swag from the old supplier but it never

I had a problem with them, too. I had one order of three shirts
that never arrived, so they resent it. Of the three, I only ever
received one. They wouldn't give me a refund and gave me store
credit instead. Given that and the mess that is their UX for
store management, I'm happy to move away from them.
