Yup, as I said in another comment:

  Running dil to generate the full Tango documentation can take from 50 to 80
  seconds depending on the address range returned by the OS (I suspect because
  of false pointers; which I hope to prove trying this patch :)

I'll try to do some testing with dil, but I don't think it will be in the near
future.
