Verify that the imp\, lib\, obj\ and res\ folders are inside your dwt2\ folder after the compile of dwt2 (they should be there automatically).
It also looks like it is some kind of problem with DMD's paths, since it should find the zlib.lib that resides inside it's own lib folder.
