I was thinking more along the lines of
version(Special_Tango_Version){
*special tango behavior*
}else{
*special phobos behavior*
}
Typically, if you have installed your tango lib properly, the compiler
configuration defines "Tango" as a version identifier you can use to
distinguish Tango from Phobos.
So the above code would look like
version(Tango){
...
}else{
...
}
