Simple example:

    auto h = BinaryHeap!(int[], "a > b")(b, 0);
    foreach (e; a)

    writeln(h); // [1, 2, 3, 4, 7, 8, 9, 10, 14, 16]
    writeln(h.length); // 0 ???????
