Not having this is like if Phobos didn't have `AliasSeq`. Yes you can make your own, but it's wasteful boilerplate.

Instead of the `tie` assignment, you can just do:
```d
        import std.meta;
        AliasSeq!(y, x) = tupRetFn().expand;
```
