with code-d extension (which is using D's LSP - serve-d).

Thank you for responding. I did get started with Visual D but
I'll review your other links as well.
For D, I will recommend Zed (may have to compile on windows) with
the D extension. Faster, smoother especially for D. But the
suggested above are more popular here.
