Assertion failure: '0' on line 1215 in file 'glue.c'

When trying to compile this:
TypeTuple!(void delegate(Event), EventPriority, ulong)[uint] 
_ownerList;

Is that a compiler bug or i'm doing something that i don't 
suppose to do.
