both
opCall(ref Matrix!() m)

opCall(ref Matrix!T m)

aswell as

opCall(ref Matrix!(m))

or just

opCall(ref Matrix m)

give me all the same error as the one stated in the first post 
... :/

Nothing really seems to work here.
