I guess it stems from the fact that its "lazy (bool[])"
Wish I could do "(lazy bool)[]"

Lazy variadic functions are clearly defined here: 
http://dlang.org/function.html

The correct way to do it is:

bool tok_and(bool delegate()[] terms ...)
