Trait hasIndexing

[Nordlöw via Digitalmars-d-learn]

I can't find any traits `hasIndexing!R` corresponding to 
`std.range.primitives.hasSlicing!R`

that is `true` iff `R` has `opIndex[size_t]` defined. Is there 
one?

If not what should I use instead?
