When using gdc-6.3.0 on travis-ci, travis is reporting that it can't download the compiler:

Anyone know anything about this? Where (and to whom) should this be reported?

The Travis CI test output says:

"Please make sure to ping @MartinNowak, @klickverbot and @ibuclaw when filing issues under https://github.com/travis-ci/travis-ci/issues.";

But perhaps it's better to directly file a bug report with GDC [1].
