2013 and 2015 are tested on the CIs.
Wasn't that just added? I don't think that CI was running for
the version he is trying to compile.
IIRC 2013 is the version auto-tester is using and in use for a
couple of years.
Only AppVeyor (VS 2015) was added recently.
