hmm, for some unknown reason it says that it is unable to find SUBSYSTEM:windows.lib

/ (slash) is the part of a linker switch, /SUBSYSTEM:windows
so in dub.json it will look like

...
"lflags": [ "/SUBSYSTEM:windows" ],
...
