man file should be copied as follow:
*.1 files at /usr/share/man/man1 or /usr/local/share/man/man1
dmd.conf.5 files at /usr/share/man/man5 or /usr/local/share/man/man5
.... and if I want to put 'em in /opt/dmd instead of /usr/local .... ?
Obviously the same dir structure, but do I need to put in place any extra notes
e.g. in dmd.conf to ensure man can find them?
