There's an (iexplorer?) error message, but its in my native language, so
I can only guess the corresponding english translation. Its something
like "the user aborted the page loading process". Page links are
incorrect maybe? I dont use iexplorer, sorry. :)
Have you unblocked the file?
chm files can contain ActiveXs, so as security measure since the XP
security overall you need to explicitly allow chm files that you
downloaded to be secure.
Check the file properties.
