Perhaps the D Wiki could be used as an official D user registration site. Right now all persons with an account could be assumed to be D users, and, with a bit of Wiki magic, a verified e-mail. and some profile info, Andrei could have a good source for stats for his State of the Struct address to Dconf next year.
