I just wanted to wait with that announcement until the new version is
ready, but that somehow has taken far longer than anticipated ;)
Btw why is the copyright holder of dub "Matthias Dondorff" instead of
you (in dub.json)? I've never heard of this guy.
That needs to get updated. Back then he was the main author of the
original "vibe package manager" (VPM) when DUB was still meant as a
plugin manager for vibe.d. He slowly left the project, though, and many
parts have since been (re)written from scratch.
