I agree, they should be given free passes. Especially if they contribute
by e.g. being on a round table discussion.
I asked Andrei before hand if there has already been one and there
hasn't been yet.
FYI, when I submit my proposal most likely today. I'll be including a
round table discussion proposal with it.
