I think "IAllocator", "theAllocator" and "it" are really bad names. I
recommend renaming those symbols to:
IAllocator -> Allocator
theAllocator -> currentAllocator or tlsAllocator
it -> allocator or instance. Even better if a static "opDispatch" could
be used to forward all methods to the instance.
