You mean Posix: make && make install ?
Sure, but what about dependencies, an explanation of the
self-hosting process and optional variables ? Even when it is
simple I tend to look at such a Wiki first to know if I'm
missing out on some flag-enabled feature or to know where the
files will install (/opt, /usr/local, ... )
And then on Windows you have confusing things like the Phobos and
druntime make files defaulting to VS2012 with no indication of
doing so, leading to error messages like link.exe is missing.
