Modules is not part of C++17, it is on a separate track.
Concepts are also not part of C++17.

That's what I said. They're not in the C++17 spec but we won't be
waiting for C++Next for them, hopefully.
And I complained about nothing; and know little about _any_
language; still so much to learn.
