No, it is way simpler than that. Just don't ever check for visibility of the symbol accessed through an alias.
Regardless, while that idea makes theoretical sense, I'm not sure that it makes sense from the standpoint of how alias parameters are currently implemented.
That ought to be completely irrelevant.
