No. The main problem with that (and the idea of using a compiler flag in general) is that it affects the whole compilation. That means that every single third-party library, not only Phobos, has to work BOTH with and without the switch.

IMO, if we find a way to enable or disable autodecoding per module, not per compilation, that will make deprectating it more than worthwhile.
