Well you can take phobos, I believe Andrei used it once to compare against Go. With std.datetime it is now also much bigger :) Tango is another large project, I remember someone posted a compilation speed of a couple of seconds (Tango is huge, perhaps 300KLoC). But projects and settings may vary a lot. For sure, optlink is one hell of a speed monster and you might not get similar speeds with ld on a large project.
