What about:
Low Level Part --> deimos
High Level Part --> std.curl
Deimos is meant to be something you grab parts of as necessary; as such,
it would not (IMO) make too much sense to force something in Phobos to
be dependent on it, as now the user has to go and get something else
just to use Phobos.
