Not down for me, but ever since they've changed their icons recently they don't render properly in neither FF12 nor IE8 on XP for me. On Win7 it works with IE9 (but not IE8) and all other browsers work fine there too. I've messaged them about the issue, but for all I know maybe it's a problem with my system.
