I've added it to my todo list. I still haven't taken the time to familiarize myself with Phobos' conventions, so I don't feel comfortable contributing anything yet.
Thank you. The code we are talking about (like a quaternary search) is a small amount of code. And I think other people in GitHub are willing to show you where you are not following the conventions.
