Hi Andy,
Yes agree with 14.070 plus the audio frequency.  Not everyone has CAT
feature enabled on their sound card software such as MixW and a few
others.  MixW would send the actual frequency when CAT is enabled, so
might read 14.071.120 for example.  If one sent 14.070 plus 1200 Hz
then the other ops might not have to think so hard, HI.
