It maybe as simple as line out of the digital sound card through a T connector 
to the line-in or mic in of the second card.  You may need to provide  a 
resistor pad or pot depending on how you feed the second card. I tried it and 
it worked OK for me, I did however see some feedback form the monitor card to 
the primary card, could have been some over drive.  I also used the same input 
to both sound cards so I could run two different waterfall displays, again I 
had interaction between them but I think it was internal and not an external 
problem.  Maybe some other sound-card experts will comment, I would also be 
interested in their comments
