The code is not indispensable except if details can only be found in the program (as set of characters, Walsh-Hadamard transform if different from the one found in Pawell program...). But you can add these details in the specifications so as a standard engineer could program your mode without need of the code, which normally might be the rule (besides, C++ is a bit (a big bit) esoteric...in my opinion).
I'm interested to add it (at least the Chip64 mode) to Multipsk, in some months (to let me finish some other projects).
