I think the most only important thing is to have very precise specifications 
(and the paper you do is very clear but I have some questions).
The code is not indispensable except if details can only be found in the 
program (as set of characters, Walsh-Hadamard transform if different from 
the one found in Pawell program...). But you can add these details in the 
specifications so as a standard engineer could program your mode without 
need of the code, which normally might be the rule (besides, C++ is a bit (a 
big bit) esoteric...in my opinion).

I'm interested to add it (at least the Chip64 mode) to Multipsk, in some 
months (to let me finish some other projects).

Congratulations for this mode which opens new horizon to digital 
transmissions.
