Not until sound cards develop a 5MHz bandwidth.  Now, I'm sure you can run
SSTV (slow scan TV).  That is within the audio passband.  Usually I hear
about it on HF but I don't think there's anything preventing use on UHF -
except maybe not having anyone to talk to.
