Hi Walt,

The tool is already there, waiting for other amateur radio emergency
operators to use it. PCALE does all that, it does it efficiently, and
it gets through even better when it has a skilled operator using it...
including the QST messaging you want.

Take a look in the HFLINK and HFNOW groups, go back and read the logs
about our messaging and reporting during Katrina.
