The current digital modes are like the Tower of Babble; it is almost impossible to know what program to try and if it is a short QSO nearly impossible to find the right mode before the qso is over.
I find myself going to MMTTY more and more since it is usally a waste of time to try and figure out who is running what otherwise. I ALWAYS call CQ on Olivia in 500/8 because I find that sub mode to be best for speed versus robustness during QRN and QSB. > > I haven't called CQ on Contestia or RTTYM yet because I don't know what the standardized bandwidth versus tones is yet. I think I saw someone post that he's using 500/16 on Contestia. In my MixW v2.16b8 Contestia and RTTYM are defaulted at 250/8. > > We pretty much have the Olivia sub bands decided but where do we operate Contestia and RTTYM?
