I don't see any reason to leave the list! Perhaps we need to pull it back to more specific digital communications now that the traffic context has been established.
It is difficult to have a discussion as to how digital modes may be more valuable in emergency and other traffic situations if one does not understand the context. We have probably completed that portion of the problem solving matrix so on to a discussion of which digital modes under what circumstances might be best.
