On 5.343 and 7.088 KHz, in California, I've seen on a MixW waterfall a two tone signal with a shift of 850 Hz. Looks and sounds like RTTY but I've worked through all the combinations of baud rates and character code sets and come up unable to copy. Any ideas what this may be?
