To whom it concerns, in the PR APRS net running on 10.151 LSB there are again a few stations who apparently do not know how to connect a TNC to a transmitter... Can the people operating in this net do something about it? They are splattering 3 kHz down, and make working PSKAPRS on 10.148 difficult.
